VENDOR / EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The Festival offers wineries, distributors, retailers and local businesses a unique and affordable opportunity to introduce products & services and increase brand awareness through the distribution of samples, promotional literature, business cards and demonstrations.  Exhibitors have included business in the following categories:

  • Wineries

  • Importers/Exporters

  • Restaurants

  • Financial Services Representatives

  • Gourmet Food Stores

  • Caterers

  • Health & Wellness

  • Home Improvement Services

  • Cookware/Cutlery

WINE VENDORS

As a wine vendor, festival organizers will provide you with the following: 

  • Opportunity to sample wine (maximum of 6 wines).

  • Opportunity to sell your wine on-site through a local retailer.

  • Opportunity to distribute company literature, coupons and promotional items.

  • Listing in Festival Program distributed to all attendees.

  • One (1) 10’ x 10’ tented display space.

  • One (1) 8’ skirted table.

  • Two (2) chairs.

  • Ten (10) entry passes to the Festival.

  • Four (4) staff badges for exhibit booth.

  • Booth sign with vendor name.

RESTAURANT / FOOD VENDORS

As a restaurant/food vendor, festival organizers will provide you with the following:

  • Opportunity to sell your food products

  • Listing in Festival Program distributed to all attendees

  • One (1) 10'X10' tented display space

  • One (1) 8' skirted table

  • Two (2) chairs

  • Two (2) 20 amp  110 circuits

  • Ten (10) entry passes to the Festival

  • Four (4) staff badges for food booth

  • Booth sign with vendor name
